Transport

We want everyone to be able to fully relax and enjoy on the wedding day itself., so transport will be provided by ourselves from the main towns of Otranto & Castro.

Collection points will be sent over with finalised exact collection times closer to the event once we know numbers.

Transport with bring all guests to the venue and return them back to hotels via a shuttle service in the evening. The shuttle service will begin at 10pm and end at 1am, with the last departure leaving at 1am. So you don’t have to know the time you want to leave ahead of the day, just when you feel ready on the day!

Bar service & Food

We will be running a full open cocktail bar service, offering a range of cocktails & mocktails, beer & wine (with alcohol free options), and soft drinks from start through finish. The bar will not be able to make drinks outside of the cocktails — but they are able to provide shots for you to be able to mix with various soft drinks supplied. This is to keep the cocktail service running smoothly for everyone.

Guests will be welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, then there will be a 1.5 hour aperitif with drinks and canapés, the bar will close for the dinner service with only beer, wine and soft drinks to be provided, and will reopen for full cocktail service for 4 hours following dinner.

A 4 course dinner will be provided as well as evening food to keep everyone fed!

Please ensure you list all dietary requirements on your rsvp form so we can work with our chef to ensure we have options for you. This is for allergies and intolerances, and strict dietary restrictions (i.e. vegan).

Water will be supplied to the buses to keep you hydrated too!

Plus Ones & Children

We have been incredibly intentional with our guest list, keeping the number small so we can give everyone an incredible experience and due to catering restrictions. We apologise that plus ones not named on the invite will not be able to attend the wedding. Even if we get ‘no’ rsvp responses, we do not plan to fill those gaps with plus ones or additional invites.

We have opted for a child free event, barring our two nieces (our flower girls). Whilst we love your children as much as we love you, we want all of our guests to be able to relax and enjoy without children present. Children are more than welcome to join us the day after at the recovery pool party should you be traveling with them, as well as anyone you have brought with you to care for them (parents, etc.)

Social Media Sharing

We kindly ask that on the day, there is nothing shared to social media until we have shared details ourselves — both of the wedding and of us.

We are opting to make the ceremony entirely unplugged, and ask that nobody take any pictures or videos during other major moments throughout the day (like speeches and first dances, etc.). We really want everyone to be present and truly enjoy the day rather than live it through a phone.

We will share the full gallery with everyone after the wedding, so don’t be shy with Chris & Freya (our incredible friends and photographers), and they will get some amazing shots that we will share with y’all after the wedding!
