In lieu of traditional bachelor/bachelorette parties we are hosting a ‘last toast on the coast’ as a final send off, and to welcome everyone to Puglia. We hope this gives everyone a chance to meet and mingle before the wedding day itself.

Welcome drinks and light bites will be provided onboard, but please note this isn’t a full meal.

Please note: There will be no transport provided this day - we recommend rebooking a taxi if you plan to drink.

Puglia shuttle are the transport company we have partnered with for guest ease.

Dress Code: White Party

all white attire, think casual beach club.

Under boat rules: No shoes are allowed - they must all come off. Only brand new white bottom shoes carried on may be worn onboard. These are the owners rules, not ours. we would recommend new flip flops if you do want to have something underfoot.

The Wedding Day

Transport will collect Guests from Otranto & Castro

Coaches will depart at 15:00 for a 16:30 ceremony

We want everyone to be able to relax without worry, so full transport will be provided for the wedding day itself.

Welcome drinks will be provided on arrival at the villa, and water will be provided on the buses.

Please note: transport will not wait for guests. buses will depart at 15:00, so please arrive early.

Ceremony : 16:30-17:00

Aperitif & live music : 17:00-18:30

Dinner : 18:30-20:30

Dancing & Party : 20:30-01:00

Transport will return guests to Otranto & Castro

Coaches will be running a shuttle service for guests to return to hotels in the evening so please ensure you provide your accommodation details on your rsvp form for us.

The shuttle service will be run from 22:00-01:00 with the final guest departure to be at 01:00.

Dress Code: Black Tie Western

Ladies:

Floor or ankle length dresses - no cocktail or short length dresses. Formal options welcomed.

The vibe is ‘out dress the bride’', so think texture and movement and have fun getting dressed up!

Please follow the colour palette below for dress colours, and it should go without saying — do not wear white.

Gentlemen:

Tuxedos and Bowties — tailored black suits welcomed, but please pair it with a bowtie

Enjoy little James Bond moment and get dressed up too!

Boots and hats are encouraged, but absolutely no denim.

Recovery Pool Party & Barbecue

12:00 onwards

Soft drinks and a hybrid Rhodesian - Texan barbecue will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring with them any drinks of choice (such as beer or liquor & mixers) should they wish.

Please make us aware of any dietary requirements and allergies on your rsvp forms so we ensure we cater for everyone!

Please note — transport will not be provided for the pool party. It is recommended that guests pre book transport should they wish to drink.
